Phil L. was a very pleasant man to deal with and he did outstanding work for us. Even though we had unforeseen problems with our plumbing Phil L. was very professional and polite at all times. I would highly recommend G.F. Bowman and Phil L. to anyone who is looking for professional services.

Dennis was the primary service tech, with assistance from Chris and Chad removing my huge, heavy, old hot water heater. They were courteous, considerate and respectful. They took extra precautions to ensure my new light colored carpet was not damaged or stained. Dennis answered my questions and explained in detail why the unit needed to be replaced rather than repaired. Safety was clearly a concern and I appreciated the honesty. It's very important to trust the people who are working in your home.

We used HB McClure for a few years. At first, they just started coming filling our tank without our approval. I got that straightened out and everything seemed smooth sailing. That was until I got a bill in the mail for a tank rental. The basics of it were you owe us this amount of money, because you did not fill up the required amount for our rental. The problem: WE OWN THE TANK! I called them up, assuming it was a misunderstanding that could be quickly dismissed. After talking to 3 different people, I was told I needed to prove that I indeed owned the tank. I ask the manager "Ken" if he could kindly show me the rental agreement I signed as well as proof that they owned the tank. He could not show our rental agreement (as we never signed one since we owned the tank) and had no way in proving it was their tank. While, speaking with him, he got so furious he hung up on me. This was very unprofessional. Instead of working on the error he threatened to come take the tank.

Chris A. recently performed a scheduled service on our heat pump system. He arrived right on time, presented a very professional appearance and went right to work. Chris performed all the necessary service steps in a timely manner. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. As has been our experience with all the service team members at G.F. Bowman, we were completely satisfied with Chris' performance.

Jake was a wonderful representative to your company and gave excellent customer service! I was especially surprised that he cleaned the exterior of our 23 year old heat pump. It looks brand new! (Well, as brand new as it can look after 23 years!) He had great people skills and made conversation to make me feel like he truly cared about me as a customer. Thank you, Jake! Dennis K. performed annual maintenance on our WaterFurnas unit today. I had some questions for Dennis and he took time to answer each question completely. We have not had any issues with our unit, and I appreciate the work that Dennis performs to make sure that we won't have any issues.
