I have received excellent customer service from G. F. Bowman for many years, and their service technician Joe Hile represents the best of the company. He is personable and knowledgeable. He takes his work seriously and explains everything that is needed and what is doing to complete the job. He has served our heating and air conditioning system and replaced a old hot water heater. He has always done a great job and provided excellent customer service!

I don't usually write reviews but since this company provided us with such excellent same day service, from immediately answering my phone call to sending out a technician the same day, I feel compelled to leave this review. Susie, who answered the phone, explained to me how to use the emergency heat on our heat pump (which I was not aware of) because the compressor outside was making a lot of noise, and the technician, Jake B., provided us with very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and competent work and took the time to explain everything and what needed to be done to fix them. I called GF Bowman to repair a broken kitchen sink. The technician Chris arrived on time and was very professional. Chris gave me a proposal for the repairs I needed and promptly executed the repairs with cleanliness and precision. During preventive maintenance on our boiler, a slight oil leak was discovered due to a problem with the filter canister. Although the technician (from Bowman's Cleona branch) did not have the part on his truck, he called his supervisor and arranged for installation of the part the very next day under warranty. Preston arrived exactly on time the next day, installed the part, and cured the problem. Preston, like all other personnel we have had contact with at Bowmans, was friendly, competent, and professional in every way. We highly recommend this company.

Bowmans replaced our oil-fired boiler and installed a new heat pump system about two years ago. We called for preventive maintenance on the boiler under our maintenance contract, and were given an appointment for the next morning. Byron came exactly on time and spent about two hours cleaning and adjusting our system and installing a new wi-fi thermostat that we had ordered. He also noticed a slight oil leak which he diagnosed as a defective filter canister. He did not have the part on his truck, but contacted his supervisor who arranged to have the canister replaced under warranty the very next day. We found Byron and all other personnel at Bowmans to be friendly, competent, and professional in every way. They really do go all out to please the customer. We highly recommend this company.

I called for a plumbing emergency on a Sunday morning around 6am. Received a call back 30 minutes later and Dennis arrived around 11am. He was on time and took all the time needed to complete the job. I did not feel rushed and he did an excellent job. Second time I have used G.F. Bowman and their customer service cannot be beat. I highly recommend them. I will also be using them for my HVAC system. The best!!! Thanks again Dennis.
