Phil Long helped us with a plumbing issue and exceeded my expectations for service. I was impressed from the start by the mats he brought with him for his feet and how vigilant he was taking his shoe coverings on and off even though he was up and down in the basement and outside probably over 20 times! He communicated possible issues and remedies very clearly and stepped me through what the problem turned out to be as well as how he corrected it. Any questions I had were answered and explained thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend G.F. Bowman and specifically Phil with no hesitation! Nice to know great customer service still exists!

The service workers are the ones who can make a company great. Byron and Chad fixed a major clog in our sewer line. They spent hours cleaning it out until all the drains were working properly. Phil went above and beyond when, three days later, a pipe burst in our basement. He talked me through getting the valves shut down to stop the leak immediately, then came out in the morning and fixed the pipe. Phil did not leave until he made sure the heat was working and we had hot water again. He made a terrible situation bearable, and over with more quickly than I thought possible. The only disappointment I had with this company is telling me they would call back and then never doing so. I had to keep calling them to get service scheduled. Anyway, thank you to these three gentlemen for their hard work and pleasant attitude.

I had multiple problems with my heating and hot water systems. As you would expect, the problems were diagnosed and quickly fixed. What was impressive was the attention to details. Dennis explained everything so I really knew what was going on. He also took the time to label emergency valves and generally make sure the area was safe.

Great office staff and service technicians. They came quickly when we had a water heater and furnace issue during very cold temperatures and a snowstorm. They went above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved as soon as possible.

Joe Hile did a great job and was very personable. He had the experience to analyze the issue, determine it was a short and was able to track it down to fix the problem. Your personnel was much more friendly than the other bowman company.

I had a plumbing problem in my basement. GF Bowman sent technician Phil Long. Phil was friendly, polite, and very professional. Once he assessed the issue, he explained everything in detail about it, even drawing me a diagram to understand how the pipe ran under the floor. I knew from the beginning what to expect as far as what needed to be done and Phil went over how much it would cost, depending on how things went. He cleared up the problem and made no mess of the place (that wasn't already caused by the pipe leaking problem). I was very happy with the result. I also use G.F. Bowman for my air conditioning service and my experience has been positive with that also. I would highly recommend them. The service technicians are very professional and also take care not to track dirt into your house.

Ken did a good job at our house fixing our spigot at our washer. We have been dealing with G.F Bowman since we had our A/C installed and we get very good service with the furnace we had installed after the flood in 2011.

Our furnace malfunctioned We received a call within 1 hour of our initial call and the problem was serviced and corrected by Ken W within 2 hours of the service call. I called at 8:00 AM and reported a problem with my heat pump and sceduled an appointment before 1:00 PM. At 10:30, Mike, the technician, called to say he would be there in 10 minutes. He arrived on time, listened carefully to my description of the problem, and got started. In 30 minutes, he had found and corrected the problem - a failed capacitor. Bowman's was prompt, courteous, competent, and professional - could not ask for any better experience!
