I would highly recommend filing your complaint(s) with BBB.They were obviously the catalyst to get Sears to resolve an ongoing issue involving my garage doors.

The BBB helped me to resolve a long standing dispute with Sears. The would not deliver my order, even though I paid for it 5 months previous. All my attempts at communicating and getting my appliances were stymied. Once I contacted the BBB, I got my stuff within a few weeks. Thanks, BBB!

Awesome!!! My problems with Sears was fixed within a week after contacting the BBB. I had been fighting them over my washer for almost 2 years. Best Thing I ever did was contact the BBB for help. So Easy too. D Guinn

after numerous times of trying to talk w/ sears and getting no where! after writing the BBB i got results in about a week. I got satisfaction on my claim. i used the wrong BBB to send the claim but they put it threw to the right agency. I plan on using them a lot they got results when i was getting the run around! very happy with the out come.:)

As always, the BBB is my last stop when internal customer service organizations fail to resolve a customer service issue. The BBB has peacefully resolved six issues for me in the past 7 years and I am very grateful for the BBB when I have a difficult problem that cannot be resolved with a customer service organization.

I always do my best to resolve a dispute directly with the company however, when all else fails, the BBB has been the driving force in getting my disputes resolved. I only go to them with valid complaints, that is why they have a 100% success rate with me.

really appreciated with Better Business Bureau's help, get my refund from groupon 'cuz of a defective item, save me all the hassle dealing with groupon's none-exist customer service.

Most companies ignore complaints from the small to medium size customers. The BBB gives you a voice that is respected. The BBB gets positive results every time.

Folks, without the Better Business Bureau; Companies could do as they please to us. My complaint was immediately address by the BBB. They jumped on my Complaint, immediately. Let's face it, companies to not want to have a complaint because they loose sells and money from it. Basically, the BBB shows you the Bad Vendors from the Good ones. My case was settled quickly and a Refund was issued immediately. Plus the Customer Service Manager wants me to call her if there is another problem. That is service and willing to go the extra mile now after talking to a lot of different managers. Bottom line, we need the BBB. Finally, when I am not sure about a company; I go to the BBB to find out the status of the Business before I even buy. So, I salute and respect these people for letting and giving the little guys a chance.

I was having a problem getting a refund for Hearing Aids that I tried for a trial period and had returned. After 3 phone conversations with the company's president and waiting 6 weeks I filed a complaint with the BBB. Within a week I got a response and a few days later I had my refund. G W Moskwa. The BBB helped me to solve and issue with Sears, I got a defective Snow Blower during the worst winter in NE and could not get anyone at Sears to return my calls, Operations Managers, Store Manager and District Managers, not one would call me back. Until the BBB stepped in and I got a call back within 4 days. Would definitely use this again, although I hope never to have to again.

Had issues with clever-bridge PC repair.Not sure what they did,but my 9month old HP pc screen was locking up,run slow at times,screen just go black,.BBB helped me get a refund. BBB rules.

The BBB solved the problem. We had the unfortunate experience of doing business with Sears appliance repair who caused damage and tried to bill us to fix their damage to our dryer. BBB set it straight. BBB rocks while Sears needs improvement.

I felt that I had reached an impasse with the proprietor and filed a complaint with BBB. Resolution followed quickly and it was a lot less exasperating of an ordeal.

I had an excellent experience and results using the BBB! I had an issue with a company and my issues were not being acknowledged. Once I contacted BBB the company I had issue with actually contacted me!! My concerns were suddenly understood with resolution in mind. I am happy with the out come that was not possible before filing with BBB!
