Steve was on time, polite and did his job quickly and efficiently. He showed the caliber of customer service that I expect from Wolfers. He also went the extra mile by hardwiring my thermostat so I don't have to worry about batteries anymore. Next year when I call to have my furnace serviced I will be sure to request him as my service technician. The only reason I rated a 4 rather than a 5 is because the customer service I received from other Wolfers employees last week was not satisfactory and I almost took my business elsewhere. They are lucky they sent Steve to reinforce their customer service values because it is only because of him and the receptionist on Saturdays that I am still a Wolfers customer.

Nick Gomez, installer for Wolfer,s, was polite, prompt, and left the installation site incredibly clean. When I first met Nick, I felt he was trustworthy and honest. Nick went beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend nick for any installation.

Steve K did a thorough service inspection of my heat pump and electric furnace. I appreciated that he answered my questions, cleaned the heat pump and furnace and was careful not to tract anything on my floors. Good job.

Shawn D. arrived on time to check out the air conditioning system. The first "problem" was simple corrosion on the coolant tubes, easily fixed with some caulking. The diagnostics done for the AC unit itself showed all systems within specs. Shawn was friendly, knew what he was doing and worked efficiently, answering all my questions as he worked. I rate his service call as excellent service. This is my second experience with Wolfer's, and both service calls rate as excellent.

Alek was very nice and completed his job in a timely manner. He explained things so the customer could understand it.

Harley and Craig were very accommodating to the customers needs and wishes, pleasant to work with and cleaned up every day thoroughly. They went over all details with the customer so that the customer could understand it clearly and answered any questions that arose. It was a delight to work with both Craig and Harley.

Rafael & Jake did the installation of a new lennox furnace. It turned out to be a little more complicated than they had anticipated. However, the install went well and even though the install took longer than they expected they did not rush or cut corners. They were both courteous and friendly. They did a very good job and I am pleased with the results. They cleaned up the area before they left.

I highly recommend Nick and Elias from Wolfer's Heating and A/C, they installed our new A/C unit for us on a Saturday morning, and had us cooled before the heat of the day. They were early, explained our new unit to us and cleaned up all in a timely manner!
