Spencer did an excellent job with the annual tuneup of my furnace and air conditioner. Everything checked out fine and the were sparkling clean after his visit.

We appreciated Steve's service call. he handled himself in an exceptional professional way. His courtesy, respect and friendliness towards us was an excellent example to have as an employee. he deserves commendation and a raise in our books! From sales with Ryan to the installation with Josh, Johnny & LupeI found these Wolfer's employees to be informative, communicative, and able to take on the challenges of replacing a 20 year old heating and cooling system.And, what can you say when the business owner delivers a water heater that had been left of the installation truck! The installers were respectful of our homeand informed us of issues that surfaced and how they were addressing them. They stayed until the job was completedwell into the evening! The Lennox furnace and AC are quiet and efficient 3 hours into service :-)

Steve K came out for a yearly furnace servicing. He completely checked out the furnace and made sure everything was in working order. He did a great job of cleaning it up the furnace and explained what he was doing. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend him.

Rafael and Ciro were great! They were thorough and took extra care to make sure the AC install was flawless. They were very careful and respectful while inside my house and did an excellent job of cleaning up once they were finished. They stuck around until they could verify that the AC was properly installed and tuned. They are a great team and the overall experience with them was very positive. I would highly recommend these two guys!

On Tuesday February 10, 2015 Rafael P and Ciro N from Wolfer's Home Services tore out an old furnace and installed a new furnace for me and my husband. They introduced themselves upon arrival and told me approximately how long it would take to get the job done. They were very professional during their work and got the job done in the time they said it would take. Along with all other work Ciro went in the crawlspace and checked all duct work which I really appreciated. Rafael went over all paperwork and new thermostat with me when the job was finished. Both were very professional and did a great job for us.

Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Explained in simple terms the problem he found and what needed to be done to correct the problem. I would request him the next time we required our furnace to be serviced.

Inspection was smooth and professional, installation was the same. Rick, Teo, and Eddie were very good natured about putting up with my 2 year old hollering at them through the ductwork all day.

They explained how to use the thermostat for air conditioning and heating and how to check for maintenance required to maintain the units.
