Very professional, polite, took great care to avoid any damage. It was very hot outside, and he continued to work in spite of it. He found the problem and fixed it. We got great service and are very happy with Wolfer's. Francisco was great.

I had them install a new heat pump a year ago. I just had their technician Kevin G. come out and check it (Tune up). It works great (saves money) and the service is fantastic. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Wolfer's!!

They work hard to provide good customer experience and when there is an error make it right as quickly as possible. No one is perfect so I expect errors and what I like about my experience with Wolfer's is that they acknowledge they could have done better, make it right and learn from the experience.

Kevin Goulet is a very professional individual. He initiated the appointment by introducing himself and handing me his business card.He was VERY methodical in examining my heat pump and furnace and took a great deal of time ( more than I would have ever expected ) to make sure everything was in sync and in proper working order. He is a very nice young man and Wolfer's can be very proud to have him on their staff representing Wolfer's . We have always had good luck with Wolfer's and we especially like the service specialist Francisco C. He is very good about explaining what needs to be done and what may need to be done in the future. When he does a servicing on our furnace and heat pump he is very thorough and very polite. I always request him when we have our servicing done each year.

Sean A., a Service Technician from Wolfer's Heating, did an excellent job of servicing our Furnace and Air Conditioning units. Our AC unit had lost the refrigerant charge. He and Spencer (another great Service Technician, checked and recharged the unit as soon as it could be scheduled. They are both competent, polite and personable. I was extremely impressed with the service that I received today. The service technician Spencer came out and was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my AC unit. He had it up and running in no time. He was very friendly and he even helped me quiet down my inside air vent by adjusting the vent slats. I have use Wolfer's for the past 4 years and have always received great service.

Francisco was delightful, thorough, and skilled. He helped me understand the need for an improved air filter and explained what was happening with my AC starter ~ both in such a way that I felt informed, not pressured. Steve K. was an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, considerate & HONEST young man... who helped me out of a jam, and managed to get an appt. scheduled, for a furnace install, in one days turn around time... and its being installed as I write! I have cancer, and my stay in this house was only for a couple days, before I go off for treatments again, and Steve was BEYOND accommodating to that - as well as going a step further, and showing a side of personal care & compassion, for the disease I am fighting. He didnt have to do that, but he made a choice to show compassion, and that goes a LONG LONG way with me. If you have a hard worker, great employee, who is very knowledgeable, highly satisfactory in every way, efficient, but also shows generosity of heart & human decency.... then you have an exemplary employee!! While Spencer did a good job I would prefer Wolfer's to send the same tech each time.

Rick and Johnny installed our new A/C system , and removed the old system in a quick, thorough and professional manner. Both were very courteous, friendly, and answered all questions I had regarding the system features and operation. I highly reccommend this Wolfers team.

Rafael, Matt, and Elias were quite the professionals. They came to do an install and after looking at my old furnace they knew that some ductwork had to be done to make the new furnace fit. They went after it like nobody's business. They are true craftsmen of their trade. I was amazed at their skill. Great customer service too! Great job guys!! Keep up the good work!!
