Every time I have called I am greeted by Gayle, whom is very polite and knowledgeable . She is able to get someone here fast, and the service tech is also very polite and professional. To start my day I woke and my house was very warm MY A/C NOT WORKING! So I started calling and everyone I called was rude or to busy to help! I was so upset . Then I called Guy Smith Heating and Air and this very nice, considerate lady answered the phone. And SHE HELPED ME. Very polite and cared about me and the problem. I definitely recommend them. They were quick in fixing the problem!

She then will schedule the appointment. The service man is always on time and never once have I had to complain.

It's not everyday you can trust a business. A friend spoke highly of this company so when my unit stopped working I called them . Why I got was a very nice person that answered my called they set up the appointment. When the service call man arrived he was very professional and knew what he was doing. My unit runs all the time it seems like. I called Guy Smith Heating and Air and the lady that answered the phone, Gayle, informed me of something I didn't know. With all this awful heat the air condition has to work harder and sometimes just can't keep up. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable . We sit the appointment for their person to come service my unit. They were there when appointment time came and sure enough there wasn't nothing wrong with the unit. Thank you for your honesty because I didn't know what was going on and a lot of places would have taken advantage of it.
