I called around to different companies. most of them seemed to busy and really didn't care about your issues. Ms. Gail from "Guy Smith Heating & Air Condition" was the most kindliest and very helpful person. she was very concerned with my situation and helped me like no other company would ( above and beyond). because of her i will continue using this companies services for my rental properties and i wish all businesses had someone that was as compassionate like her representing them the way she does. I'm happy theirs a company out there that cares. They will be receiving a Christmas card from this year.
