I have used Rosenberg for several years. They are dependable, stay in communication, and give me good advice concerning my HVAC equipment. I have used others in the past who were cheaper on maintenance agreements but pressured me to replace my system before it was really necessary to do so. Rosenberg is very thorough in their maintenance and give feedback on the system's performance. You get to know the techs because it's not a different one every time, and that says something about the company, too, I think.

We have had 2 a/c units installed by them in two different houses over the years We also have them service our units twice a year. The few times we have had any troubles with the units, they have responded quickly and efficiently. Their work has always been thorough and top quality. We are particularly appreciate George, our service man. He has always been reliable and very diligent in making sure our a/c and heat are working well. I wish every service provider was as great as Rosenberg, but in our experience it's getting harder to find someone who takes responsibility and delivers quality like Rosenberg. Recommended!

I can highly recommend Rosenberg Indoor Comfort for installation of new equipment, or to service existing equipment. I have been a customer of the Rosenberg family since 1993. I have always had my A/C and heating equipment serviced regularly which I believe helps prevent problems. Today, Josh Delgado performed the fall maintenance on my heating system. He also installed a carbon monoxide detector. He is very knowledgeable on all his work and explained everything he did.

Robert was especially helpful with a question about the wiring on one of our AC units raised by a home inspector. Robert was able to determine the wiring was proper and met the manufacturer's specifications, which settled the question. Robert was very professional, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend his service.

Rosenberg is an amazing company! They have done the twice a year checks on my HVAC system for 2 years now...when I first bought my home. From the first visit, Trey was amazing! He is extremely thorough in his work, and so kind when he explains what he is doing, or what he finds so that I can understand the situation. A favorite aspect of their service, is that I get Trey, in other words the SAME serviceman, each visit. He is familiar with my system, and me, and treats me like a family member each time. All of the office staff, those who book the appointments, and make the calls to tell us when service is due to arrive are the nicest ladies ever! I think anyone looking for HVAC service should consider using Rosenberg...they will never get any better service or performance from anyone else...I just don't believe that would be possible!
