The ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations. I commend not only Mr Cortez, but also the young ladies on the phone, Valerie and Natalie. He also advised me how to see problems before they become bigger problems. I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills of your staff. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship. I think I have found an AC company for life. I hope I'm able to ask for Mr Cortez when I have a problem. You guys are lucky to have him. Hold onto the good ones and don't let this man go!!!

Jason G. provided outstanding service when installing a new evaporator coil. Not only was he knowledgeable but he explained everything to me in detail and took me up in the attic to show me while he explained. He answered all my questions and he and Matthew cleaned up behind themselves. They even picked up a couple of tree leaves that had blown into the house through the front door. I wish all heating and cooling company employees were as good as Jason. And I've tried at least three others. Jason is a true professional and its obvious he takes extreme pride in his work and puts the customer first. Thanks Jason.

Jason Gonzalez and Matt came to install our heat pump and air conditioner and did an excellent job. They showed up early and worked straight through til the job was done. When an issue came up with the placement of the heat pump, they took the extra time to figure out a way to make it work without having to call an electrician or come back another day. Personally, both were courteous, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend them and their work and would be happy to work with them again. We were also very pleased with Joe, who came out to give us a free estimate before we decided on Rosenberg. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful, and got us the official estimate promptly. Highly recommend him, Jason, Matt, and Rosenberg Indoor Comfort in general.

I have used Rosenberg for our semi annual heating and air checkups for over a year now and have been very satisfied regarding their promptness, knowledge, fair pricing,and courtesy. Trey is the technician who has done most of the visits and work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or Rosenberg. Our system needed some freon added last time and their price was almost half of what another company that I used to use in town quoted me.

Trey has worked with us a few times now and is always extremely professional, knowledgeable, and really helpful in explaining all the details of our system. He is able to make recommendations on 'fix now' vs. 'this can wait', which is great. I would recommend Rosenberg wholeheartedly!
