Mark did a great job Pm'ing our heat and AC system. He was extremely friendly to us and our dog. He as respectful of our home (wearing the booties so he did not track dirt in). He answered all our questions about the issues we were having and confirmed that he corrected them when he left.

Chris Harlow and Jon Ireland dedicated themselves to find and fix a serious problem I was having with my entire water system.low water pressure , no hot water ,and water cutting off and on. They spent most of the day draining the entire water system and checking each bathroonm to ensure the system was completely cleared. Worked with the county to ensure . the water coming to my house was clear of any sediments. Everything is working perfectly now thanks to their knowledge and expertise.

We have a maintenance contract with James River to inspect our units. All their technicians are top notch, but today I was serviced by Paul. What a great representative for this Company. Our units are not the easiest to service, but not once did the smile leave his face, and his polite and friendly manor was so refreshing. I hope he is the technician that is sent here this spring!

Ralph Hodges, the technician that serviced my gas boiler, was professional and fixed my gas boiler in no time. He explained the problem and gave me some advice on what to look for if I ever needed to replace it...which I hope I don't have to many years to come.

We had an emergency with our heating system after-hours and Ralph quickly showed up to help. He worked diligently and resolved the problem within an hour. He answered all of our questions and we will definitely ask for him again next time.
