I just saw Live at Five and I am so glad to see that this place was recognized on tv for being honest and reputable. I am a local Knoxville business owner and I know that the news would never vouch for ANY businesses if it weren't so. I have been there 2-3 times and they have always treated me right.

Didn't want to mail my gold off to some random place and I was sketchy about going somewhere as well. I read these reviews and decided to check this place out, BUT, I first got it priced at another place. She offered me 116.00 more. Place is clean and they have beautiful jewelry. It was a long drive from Sevierville but well worth it.

This is such an honest place. He was seperating my gold and told me a piece was 18 k and the place I went to before not only told me that it was 14 kt, but they were going to pay me 120.00 LOWER than Knox Gold Exchange. I highly recommend it!

These are the nicest people you will ever meet. I'd never sold any jewelry or coins and they were so helpful! I really feel like I got top dollar for my things. They even gave me suggestions on what to do with some things that I knew weren't real gold and offered me a drink when I came in. Make the trip to see them and you won't be disappointed!
