After reading the online reviews of Knox Gold Exchange, I decided to try them and sell some of my old gold jewelry. The experience was very nice. There is a reason that the owner of this place was on the front page of the Knox News Sentinel and featured in another wbir feature! These people are super! And they paid me higher than other 2 places priced.

This place is fabulous. It's definately out of the way since I drove from Sevierville but it was well worth my 35 min drive, especially since they paid me 226.00 more than the other place I went was going to pay me. They are honest and dependable and I will never sell to anyone else.

Channel 8 news last night (WVLT) had them on their news last night interviewing the owner. It doesn't get much more reputable than that by having TWO news channels in one area recommend you. This couple deserves it, they are wonderful!

WBIR had it right with this place. They were so nice and really made sure I understood what was going on. I went to another place on Kingston Pike but this place offered me 127.00 more!

I saw the channel 10 interview and read these reviews but didn't want to drive out there from Loudon so I went to a gold party instead but I only got my gold priced. Thank goodness I didn't sell it because they were not a far drive at all and they paid me 2 times more than they offered at the gold party. These people are really nice and take the time to help and explain. I will be back.

I got $870.00 for a handful of old jewelry from Knox Gold Exchange. Couldn't ask for a nicer newly wed couple than Brian and LeAnne Murphy (owners). LeAnne was gracious, kind and seemed as happy to give me the money as I was to receive it. Brian repaired a gold nugget watch for me on the spot...took him 10 min. Very nice place to do business. I left my husbands wedding ring with Brian to have a diamond replaced. I haven't been to pick it up yet but am sure Brian has done a fabulous job repairing. Brian quoted me an excellent unbelievable price to fix the ring. I know I couldn't have gotten it repaired any more resonable anywhere. Take your gold to Brian and LeAnne. They will do you right.

Great service and price for our gold. Leanne took the time to explain to us why we shouldn't sell gems at this time because we won't get top dollar for them (gems evidently go down in value when gold goes up). We were really impressed and would definitely go back.
