I have been her patient for a long time and trust her implicitly. She is very clear with what she needs you as a patient need to do to be healthier. She has taken great care of me and I have no intention of going anywhere else.

Dr. Kalik is amazing and I continue to come to MOM because she's there despite its terrible customer service. I had my appointment time switched without any explanation or an effort to reach me. I only noticed it on my email when a reminder was sent out close to my appointment date, and when I called to inquire, the representatives were rude and condescending. I wish I did not have to come to MOM to access Dr. Kalik's services.

Dr Kalik explains things clearly and shows a deep interest in her patients’ well-being. A delight to deal with.

I was a bit confused by the lack of instructions for checkout/blood work, though.
I was also told I would be contacted by my local pharmacy for a topical cream, I have yet to be contacted.
I did receive my bloodwork/labs but have not received an interpretation/feedback. Perhaps, this will come
down the line?
All in all, I was quite happy with the ease of setting up am appointment, but feel that the follow up/communication is lacking.

Dr. Kalik is a great doctor. She never seems rushed although I know she is very busy. She asks questions and spends time with her patients to ensure she gets all pertinent health history and to find out about any recent health concerns.

I wish more doctors were like Dr. Kalik.
