I only noticed it on my email when a reminder was sent out close to my appointment date, and when I called to inquire, the representatives were rude and condescending. I wish I did not have to come to MOM to access Dr. Kalik's services.

Dr Kalik has been my primary care physician for several years. I think she is a skilled physician. I am very impressed with her thoroughness in examination and making sure all findings are followed and addressed. She also is very diligent in post-visit follow-up, getting back quickly (even on weekends and evenings) to answer questions, discuss lab results, or respond to refill requests. In short I'm very pleased with the care I receive from Dr Kalik and her team.

i can always approach her and leave a message. she ll respond -within the hour, and many times even quicker- with answers, and if i probe more, she ll explain things patiently and clearly. she suggests treatments/solutions, choices... i feel truly cared for by her. office appointments: waiting time is around 15-20 mins. thank you!
