We had a drain back up on a Sunday, it pretty much flooded my kitchen and laundry room. I had called several companies trying to get someone out here that same day because my mother-in-law was flying in. Two of the four companies I called did not have an answering service or man on call. One of them sends out refrigerator magnates on all of the phone books delivered each year. I never received a call back from them. Peterson Plumbing answered their phone and a tech called me back with an estimated time he could be here. I was very happy to actually speak to a tech! Roger arrived, asked a few questions and had the clog cleared in no time. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you Peterson Plumbing for having people answer the phone on Sundays and resolving my problem quickly and at a reasonable price.
