This business was very timely in meeting my heating needs. Brett was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and was most informative. He exceeded the timeframe that he said it would take to install the new heater. He did and exceptional job from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the results. He is a credit to Peterson Plumbing & Heating.

Jeff did an outstanding job or replacing my leaking water heater. The estimate he quoted was explained with various options the adhered to during install. He was polite and extremely knowledgeable. Jeff kept us informed though the stages of the install (when the water had to be turned off and returned to service). When he was finished he hauled away the old unit and cleaned the water heater area. I am satisfied with both the work and would recommend Jeff and Petersons Plumbing to any one!

Brett was very informative and helpful in servicing our furnace. He spent time explaining the problems and making recommendations.
I have bad experiences in the past with a tech from this company, however, Brett did a fantastic job with his inspections and recommendations. He was for one, on time, and up front and honest about fixtures and services that were recommended however he was not "pushy" with anything that was going to cost extra. The work that he did was efficient and quick and I was able to get on with my day faster than expected.
Fast friendly service. Would recommend this company, the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Joe Heflin was awesom as the installer for our hot water heater. The heater had to be carried through our bedroom and down the hall, there was no sign of any dirt at all. He was prompt friendly and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the results and the service.

john w. saved me from a disaster this evening as New Boiler was spitting out water when the system was heating the water - second dealing with john, both times were above average to say the least - tonight when given the problem he did a couple of checks and quickly located the problem - he put in Extra effort by locating the part and acquiring it after hours and installing it - instead putting the repair off till morning which would have been typical of service in grand junction - so a Top Mark goes out to john thank you so very much rex l. dewell

John W. arrived promptly and was very pleasant and professional. When he was told that our swamp cooler shut-down was not done, (owner did it) he gave credit for that on the furnace inspection and cleaning. He was thorough and efficient in completing the work.
I am very happy and grateful for Devin S. and his helper they came in and got my heat and air unit changed out in way less time than they had figured on. Devin was very considerate of my work place and was very informative. He made sure I had all questions asked and answered to my satisfaction and also let me know if I needed anything or just had questions they are there for me. I am very satisfied in knowing that I am working with a good company and good people. Devin is there for me and will treat me good. Devin is professional at his job and treats people well.
