After 2 weeks of frustration with another independent "fixer" I read the reviews on ECC's..did not see 1 neg review..took my laptop in..Lacy listened to my frustration..gave me a price..2 hrs later called & said it was done. Explained in layman's terms what he did & what was wrong..gave me some excellent do's & not to do;s...110 percent satisfaction..they now have a customer for life.

I brought my laptop in for repair. I am very pleased with their work,their friendliness,helpfulness. I was given a price for to find out what was wrong. They informed me, no work will be done,until I was told what was wrong & the price. Lacy gave me considerable great advice over the phone on my first call, and then Ron came out to my home to fix my old non-functioning computer and install a program on my new computer. Up until then I had a real mess on my hands. He got everything running great! And was fast, courteous, conscientious, reasonably priced. Will ALWAYS use these guys in the future. The Computer Technicians took a look at my old laptop and just gave me some memory so I could get it working. They were very professional and fast in their work. They even mentioned to me that they build new Desktop computers, service all video game systems except console, and service all desktop or Laptops Apple Mac or Windows based systems in the store or in your home.

Ron and lacy are the best! Gave them my Dell tower with a major problem, they estimated the problem and the price and were dead on! I would bring any and all my computers to them. East Coast Computers is a small business working out of a store front at the noted location, where they have been for more than 8 years. There are two gentlemen that handle the walk in services who are first rate. They talk you or walk you through what is needed for your computer. Very patient and customer friendly. Lots of experience with law enforcement and others who must protect security clearances. Again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Sincerely submited. JWA

I drive by them at least once day, but never used their services until now. I read the reviews and decided to give them a shot. My laptop was not performing at the standards I needed, so I was hoping they could help and they did. At first, he said it would take about two days for diagnostic check, but because he listened to my story, he thought maybe he could fix it that day. I'm a full-time student in need of my laptop and two days would have hurt me, so I'm thankful for the service they were able to provide that day. Needless to say, my laptop to functioning in top shape and I was able to get my assignment done in time and continue on with my classes. Thank you so much for your help. I will come again.

I google map search a computer repair shop and after I saw there reviews and also my wife told me that she had hers fix there also,I went there and was greeted very nicely and he explain the process to me and call me back to explain the problem of my laptop which they did and explained it to me very clearly and professionally, 2days later they call me and said my laptop is fixed, Its running like new and fast,Thanks East coast.
