I have been taking my computers to Ron, Julius and Lacey for many years now. I have even bought a computer that Ron built to my needs over 6 years ago and it is still in perfect condition due to their excellant tune ups! They are nice and really know their business and you will not find anyone else with better prices....I almost feel like they are family! Don't even consider going anywhere else!

I would not take my laptop to anyone else. I use my laptop for business and trust them to handle any problems I have. They are experts; yet they can explain any problem in an understandable way. After they service my computer, I feel confident all is well taken care of. And the real plus is that they are friendly and quick to help.

Here is my advice to my hampton roads community.....i place a bet on these guys, they are a rare commodity. They will be a company that will last for years. Ive experienced their services 4 different times over the last 3 years to have 3 other computers repaired and/or upgraded. On my visit 4th visit, I choose them to actually build me one versus buying an additional computer for my business from Best Buy again. It is awesome! My laptop was no longer charging and I wasn't sure if it was because the power cable was broken or the plug on the laptop was broken. I took it in and within 5 minutes had the answer. The power cable had gone bad. No charge and they even pointed me in the direction of the cheapest replacement part! Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and fast service. The only thing that could have improved the experience was a company website.

I recommend this business. My laptop fan was acting funny so I brought it in. They did a free assessment of laptop in store. There prices are quite a bit cheaper that most other places. Called and gave me updates and fixed it in a timely manner. They gave me the replaced part as proof that they did fix it. I think they even cleaned my computer screen for me. They are very friendly and explain everything for you. They give a thirty day warranty to bring the laptop in if any problems arise. also offered a ten dollar fan blowing and recommended that it be done every six months(so they offered helpful tips). I will most likely use them again if i need to
