Consider other pharmacies. This one does not care about clients, it's about the bottom dollar for them and THAT is it. Other pharmacies care much, much more about your well-being. Be very leery of their practices, corporate customer service is worst ever encountered. Go to a pharmacy that cares about you and your health and serves you well.

I see that these reviews seem to be from everywhere, I use the Dartmouth Street, Dartmouth, Massachusetts store. My Pharmacists name was Rachel and she was FABULOUS! Took time to explain a complicated medication and was professional and lovely! A+++++

I find this Rite Aid store to be so customer unfriendly. I do realize that they are busy, but I frequently call in the early morning to renew a prescription, and no one answers the phone. It make take four or five phone calls 10-15 minutes apart before my call is answered. I have also been to the drive-thru, pushed the call button, waited and receive no response and driven on. Yes, this was early morning, but it was during pharmacy hours. In addition, I have found at times the employees to be somewhat snarky, as if they are so rushed (I'm sure they are) and that I am an annoyance.

Cranberry Rite Aid is the best. The people are very kind and helpful and my prescriptions are always ready when promised. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

Have used the mfor coupl years. Poor service..Meds not ready when promised, often not only are they not ready but they dont even have enough in stock..Only reason use them is they are open at odd hours and I work swing shifts..I am in healthcare and their disregard for doing what they promise is appaling. Quin is the best Pharmacist they have..He unlike most of hte others ther will go out of his way to help.

I came here about a week ago and I usually am the last person to write a review about anything specially rite aid but I had to tell you my experience because it really stood out to me.. I came here late at night, they were about to close but luckily I made in time.. I did not once feel like I was being rushed by the employees that wanted to go home after a long day. they offered to help me find the things I was looking for and definitely did a good job.. helpful from the moment I stepped in.. thank you

I use the pharmacy in Clayton NC. I've used them for probably close to 10 yrs. They used to do a great job but the mgmt there refuses to staff to meet the increasing demand of the growing town. Phones go unanswered, phones get hung up without answering, lines are long and nothing ever changes. After 10 years I'm moving my prescriptions to another provider. I've written Rite Aid corporate to complain about the store with no response. I'm done with Rite Aid.

I am truly upset that the Ephrata store does not have disinfectant wipes located at the front of the store at the height of flue season. I have been there three times in the last two weeks no dispenser displayed. Shame on you. Victoria Weglowski

The pharmacy in the Elkridge store is the worst. It will take you forever. The lines are long and service is so slow. Even if you arrive early in the morning when no one is in the store to pick up a prescription you dropped off the day before, it will take time before anyone acknowledges you. If they claim they are ordering a medicine for you, call to confirm it is in. I just spent 25 minutes waiting in line and for them to "find" my back-ordered prescription only to be told that it had not come in as promised. One of the reasons it takes so long is that half the people in line seem to have issues (back ordered meds, insurance issues, etc.). If they had better customer service and called people to let them know about problems, it would save so much time for everyone. Avoid if possible.

The pharmacist or tech (whatever he is) named Travis at the Greensboro, GA Rite-Aid has got to be the rudest person I have ever had to deal with! Not good customer service AT ALL!

OMG!!!!! The pharmacist, a VERY young female, has no clue how to communicate with the public nor can she read! The pharmacist is by far the RUDEST, DUMBEST, SELF IMPORTANT, little twit I have ever come in contact with. She must have a license but it is beyond me HOW she got it! Rite Aid must pay their pharmacist peanuts to get this quality! DO NOT waste your time or money...take it to a REAL pharmacist who can READ, understand written instructions, be POLITE to the public! I am a new customer but now I am a GONE customer!! She was SO DISRESPECTFUL I was speechless!! I told her she was WRONG & she could have easily checked!! She didn't WANT to check...she wanted to act like a "big shot" to the other lady training in pharmacy help...pray that this person is exposed & that Rite Aid replaces her with a caring pharmacist who can read instructions PLUS some math involved!! I have to agree on the pharmacy being rude. I went there seveal months ago and an Indian man who was maybe the pharmacist was very rude. I went back to Kroger pharmacy. Rite aid is more convenient for me but would rather go out of my way than have poor customer service.

I am furious with this store they NEVER have a manager there only a "shift lead" who has no manager say and is completely RUDE! She has no customer service and doesn't care about the people shopping in the store that is paying her bills! I used to love the pharmacy there and now that to amazing people are gone they have hired the Walmart rejects and they know nothing about their jobs and done care AT ALL that they are dealing with people's MEDICATION!!! I wish I had it my way everyone in that pharmacy would be fired.

Absolutely terrible! 0 stars in my book. The people that work in the pharmacy are totality incompetent. They cant even get the orders right, much less on time. The pharmacy told my wife that it would take 2 days to fill a script. Time to find another pharmacy. This place is terrible for customer service. Will NEVER use this pharmacy again!! Period!

Have issue with store coupons showing as manufacturer ones. If they are store specific, they should not say manufacture. How can a new person to couponing know these are store specific if not stating on ad. Family Dollar coupons say FD on the coupon.

This location really needs to put their employees in check as well as train them. I waited in the perfume and cosmetic dept. for a while! I also rang the "bell" 3 times as 2 cashiers ignored me. I then asked another employee if anyone worked the dept. he just said NO. Not let me call someone, not, I can help you....Nothing! just NO. Is this store seriously ran this poorly. Are they unaware of the lack of help, customer service skill, general common sense that the store employees have. Management really needs to get this store together. I will not return to this location.
