The staff there is AMAZING!!!! They go out of their way to your scripts quickly and if the doctor hasn't called the script in, they handle it for me. My son was in a coma for two months.....I don't know how I would have coped without their help.....It shocks me to my very core that the first review said the staff was horrible.....all I can figure is that person must be a horrible person. I have only seen them be professional and helpful, and unfortunately, I am there alot.

this pharmacy doesn't care about there customers and are rude save your money for a different pharmacy.

I do not recommend this rite aid the staff is very rude if your meds are not ready in 24 hours they don't call you, make you go there to tell you its not ready.! that's very poor service. the worse thing is they all look very bored and its like pulling teeth if you ask for help. I would not recommend going there trust me I only went cause my girlfriend lives near by.

Love their prescription service. Voice Mail Menu for ordering, get calls when I have prescriptions ready, have drive through for pick up of prescriptions. Disagree with others, I find the employees all pleasant, friendly and helpful.

I get my RX here because it is close and convinient...I don't usually have issues with the pharmacy but its the main store where I have the issue. The staff tends to be rude and unfriendly. They look bored and not happy to be there and it certainly translates during my interactions with them when I cash out...if I ever do get a "hi how are you?" it is forced and not genuine and said out of requirement. I work in customer service I know I am not always happy to be at work, but I never let my customers know that. There is one cashier there though who is always very sweet and genuine...I forget her name but she is an older woman and she is just a doll and totally makes up for the rudeness of the other employees.

Terrible pharmacy. Difficulties refilling prescriptions every single month. If it's out of stock and they have to order it, they don't call to tell you. You show up to get it, and then you're told you have to wait until the following day... even when you called 24 hours prior to pick it up. It seems as if no one looks at the refill requests until you get there. Even when my doctor sends a prescription, they never start to fill it until I call to get an ETA. Don't waste your time... find a different pharmacy.

I received a text message on 21 Feb 2015 that I had a prescription ready. I also received a phone call on 21 Feb 2015 that my prescription was ready. I went to pick up the prescription on 22 Feb 2015 but it was NOT ready. I had to wait (not long) for it and then got two different manufacturer's pills because the pharmacy did not have enough of one kind on hand. In addition to the pharmacist never introducing him/herself when I transferred my prescriptions to Rite Aid, this has been a totally unsatisfactory situation.

Customer service in the Pharmacy was terrible. I was bounced from one line to another and then back to the original line. Each line was 6 to 10 people to wait for. It took me about 45 minutes to finally pick up the prescription I called in to refill 2 days earlier. Then to top it off, I get home (1 hour away) only to find out they gave me the wrong prescription. I called the pharmacy and she says well we are open until 9:00 and they would appreciate it if I brought it back and they would happily exchange it. Ugh. I am heading to Costco.

they are slow on getting your prescription done on time and when they don't have any medication. in stock they don't call you and let you know are out of shock in tell you get their they tell you they have to order them and they have my number to let me know but never call me to tell me know at the time when they are filling them .

The pharmacy at this location is an obstacle to filling prescriptions. Go to Walgreens, or any other Pharmacy in Wellsville, the price is the same, the customer service is by far better.

The pharmacy at this Rite Aid is the worst ever. We always call into the automated renewal for our prescriptions. And every month we have to wait. So lately we call 24 hours ahead of time to before we pick up we get there the next day. And we still have to wait. There will be four people behind the counter and we are ignored. Some of the older patrons are a little more vocal then we are. And I understand their frustration. My doctor will be moving my prescriptions to a new pharmacy as of today.

I want to commend an associate at the rite aid in waterville, her name was Lola. She greeted me at the door very upbeat and then talked to me again before I checked out. When she checked me out she was so helpful and sincere in her comments. I have never been greeted and treated like this in the front of the store before, it was refreshing. Thank you I will be back.
