Whitley County Middle School offer classes in grades seven to eight to more than 700 students annually. Its academic curriculum includes computer technology, career education, creative writing, language arts, mathematic, science, special education, social studies, English and physical education. The school has a parent teacher student association that works with students, their families, schools and businesses to expand the educational opportunities for students. Its facility includes cafeteria, computer laboratory, library and media center that provides online database and resources to students. The school offers various athletic activities, such as basketball, volleyball, hockey, cross country, softball, and track and field. Whitley County Middle School is a part of the Whitley County School District and is located in Williamsburg, Ky.
