Overall, very well..Amonce was very helpful throughout the process, explained to me all the options. Was greeted instantly when I walked in to the dealership. The process was simple I knew was I wanted and all I wanted to know was which car to pick from. Amonce showed me which vehicles were in stock. Then when I was ready, I was introduced to the GM Alex Syed and was given the customary "handshake" to show that Oak Brook wanted not just a one time customer but a long term relationship (a return customer) which I LIKED. This is my 3rd car and expect to purchase more in the future.
