I would like to take a few minutes to say thank you to your crew for an excellent job. I knew there were issues with my roof the way it sagged in the one area but I had no idea that it was truly that bad. The crew arrived every day on time and went right to work. They were very courteous and kind and passionate about the task at hand. When asked if they needed anything they would say things like don't go out of your way for us. When they discovered the major issue with the roof which was that some of the roof joists were broken and warped and not even holding the roof up they didn't even hesitate to fix it. The crew knew what needed to be done to do the job correctly and set fourth to conquer this task. They made sure that they cleaned up after themselves everyday in fact I can't remember any trash left in the yard over night. The crew was polite always asking what I thought and to assure not to do any damage anything. The equipment that you have is fantastic and truly is a time saver and a benefit to you and your crews. The fact that the buggy was used and saved my property from any damage a dumpster could have caused. I would not use any other company for any of my roofing needs and would be proud to have this group of outstanding individuals at my home again. Thanks again to the crew. I highly recommend Craig Gouker roofing. We had storm damage last year and were set with another "master elite roofer" out of Pittsburgh. We noticed that this roofer seemed to concentrate on our roof, but seemed reluctant to talk about our siding. We decided to cancel him and wow are we happy! I noticed the work Craig's company was doing in our neighborhood. He came to our house immediately for an estimate, but was boked for some time. We wanted the job done right, so we waited for an opening. Craig was wonderful to work with as we were getting windows first, so he had to alter the job start date multiple times. The foreman for the shingle crew and siding crew (separate crews) each introduced themselves and described what they would be doing. They were extremely professional and it seemed each crew tried to outdo the other in the workmanship! They cleaned up every day and left the site professional looking and clean. You can be completely worry free using this company!

These guys did an incredible job and it was well worth the wait. They had state-of-the-art equipment and actually had a few guys who walked around the house picking up any left over debris. My experience with Craig Gouker Roofing from the very beginning was tremendous. His estimate was the best estimate I have seen from a contractor. He writes out everything that will be done on your roof and prices it out individually. His crew and equipment is top touch. He has the best products on the market for his customers. His workers get the job down quickly but also do a great job at the same time. When they come to your house, they mean business. They don't mess around at all and they are all very professional. Craig Gouker is a very personable, reliable, and professional contractor. Craig and his crew did an excellent job on the roofs of both our house and shed. Wow- Craig and his crew tore off my old roof, replaaced some rotted plywood and completed installation of my new roof in less than 7 hours. Workmanship was excellent and equipmwnt supplied to the workers was first class. When they left I could not find even a small piece of debree on my propeerty.
