I was very pleased with the professional that came to do the repairs, he was very knowledge and was able to fix the problem right away and since he was bilingual he was able to explain the issue of the machine to my mom, that was very helpful. However there seem to be a confusion as to the time of the appoitnment. The appointment was scheduled through Whirlpool for a time window of 1 PM to 5 PM and I was suppose to get a phone call the night before from the service department, that would of confirmed that window. I didn't get the call, but the next day, I received a call from the technician at 10:00 am, letting me know he was in front of my house. Since I didn't expect anyone until after 1PM, I was at work at that time. I agreed to leave work at 11 am so I could meet him by 12:00PM. I was fortunate that I was able to readjust my schedule to meet this new time frame. In the future, I would hope that both Whirpool and the Service department time frames match with the customer. Thank you.

Very satisfied with the service from the 1st call confirming the appointment time to the repairman's call confirming the time he would be here. The repairman was on time, friendly and replained fully the problem with the washer. We decided to purchase another appliance instead of having the washer repaired.

Arden was very nice and explained everything to me. The customer service skills from Kitchen Aid and Arden were on total opposite sides of the spectrum. After his visit she said she is comfortable with the repair and the appliance. She said she hopes it is Arden that comes back on Friday to complete the repair.

Called to let me know what time to expect arrival. Hit the mark within 5 minutes of expected time. (Arrived early). Explained problem to him, he went right to work and was done in no time. Very happy with service.

I was given an appointment right away. The technician arrived when they said he would. He was very knowledgeable and offered advice on maintaining the refrigerator to keep it at its optimum. The clean up was great and it is in good working order. I am VERY happy with this service!

Our tech was Theo. He was so polite, and knew what he had to do to do the job. I requested him to come back when I thought something was wrong. He took his time to explain to us what the reason was the door was not staying up. I would recommend Theo to anyone who needs any repair on their dishwasher.

Service and convenience is very good. Troubleshooter/repair man(Gilbert) was excellent and professional. He knew what had to be done and got to it quickly and efficiently. He and the work were very good.

The repairman was excellent. The suggestion I have is to not have the stove handles heat up when the oven is on. There must be a way that the stove handles will not get hot to the touch when the oven is on. My friend had bought the same stove recently upon my recommendation prior to my problem. I appreciate your interest.
