Excellent customer service. The guard on duty was very informative, helpful and friendly. He showed us a few different size units to choose from, asked us about moving using a truck if needed and he was able to rent a space that evening. All in all..hats off to this individual.

From beginning to end, complete satisfaction-- i just rented a space this week, and the manager on duty was truly professional; led me in right direction in choosing the right size space, and offered a special rate on the first two months. Will definatley use them again if needed and will recommend them to friends. A happy customer.

I usually store my stuff with one of the larger storage companies but I thought I would give jack rabbit a try after talking with friends. The people here were very helpful and they seemed to offer better customer service (or more experienced advice) versus the larger company. The rate is good (no hidden fees) and they offered a special on move in. The place is very clean and they do offer a truck to use just like the larger company. Both places are fair but I like the small store friendliness better. Will be back!

I highly recommend Jack Rabbit self storage I had a storage unit at a couple of other facilitys around the area and was continually displeased with either the facility or the staff. But, since I moved my items to the Jack Rabbit a few years ago, I've been pleased with the facility. cleanliness, safety and well round professionalism,knowledge, pride in property, customer, serve's. and friendliness of the property manager's. I stored by belongings with jack rabbit because the people were nice and friendly. The location is near my apartment (easy move), the truck is available to move stuff and the rates are affordable. I would recommend to anyone. thank you.

What an pleasurable experience!! From the first moment I visited the Jack Rabbit Self Storage Facility on Rosemont Road in Virginia Beach, I felt something very special that I have not experienced in a very long time. Coming from the South, I can really appreciate southern hospitality and care and I received nothing short of that when visiting the office. It was an extremely friendly environment with a level of organization and cleanliness that one would only hope to immulate within their own business. Roger and Martha are true professional and really know how to make you feel like family. On the day of my delivery of household and office furnishings from California, they were extremely helpful in providing water and other accomodations to ensure that I was comfortable despite the fact that the delivery driver was not accomodating. Not sure how to voice my experience to the world, but would like to share my feelings because I believe people really need to hear of and experience this once in a life time type of service. I wasn't pushed to buy anything extra for moving, just had it pointed out and that was nice for no pressure.

Currently renting at Rosemont and the property is always so clean and the managers are a joy to work with.
