Dr. Marvil is great and very skilled surgeon!
great and reliable place to be always there for anything.
The only doctor who has called me on a Sunday evening to ask how I was doing after the surgery!
Dr. Marvil was so good. He is very personable and explains everything to you I think he and his staff are the best I have ever delt with. Would highly reccomend him hip replacement .
Dr. Marvel is excellent as a Dr. and as a human being. He gives the praise and glory where it is due. Would highly recommend Dr Marvel to anybody wanting help and advise with bone problems.
Dr. Marvil is amazing!! From the first moment I saw him he put me at ease and I knew he was the right doctor. In fact he was an answered prayer I have been in pain for over five years and was told by the local doctor that I needed to deal with it or lose weight!! So I dealt with it for another year and finally went to another doctor who referred me to Dr. Marvil. My surgery was successful I am able to do things I hadn't been able to in years!! And this was with in a few weeks post op. I can only say if you are having hip pain don't wait another day call Taos Orthopedic and schedule your appointment with Dr. Marvil
positive all around
Excellent, from first visit to last.
HTO recommended for my right knee issues and so far the healing process although not painless is going well. I am glad this surgery verses a partial knee was recommended and performed as it feels more natural already even though I'm 3 months post surgery. Dr. Marvil is a great listener and gave the best advice on how to fix my knee issues while considering my age and activity level.
excellent quality of care while maintaining human connection
comfortable with his diagnosis
Dr. Marvil and Dr. O'Neil have been great with answering all my questions and helping me get back to normal activity following my injury. Definitely worth the travel from Las Cruces. Thank you all!
Dr. Marvel is a wonderful Dr. my experience with him has been fabulous. THANK YOU it is great to be pain free
businesslike but concerned with patient's personal satisfaction with results
A very positive experience that while initially painful, has been worth it in terms of restoration of function and quality of life. Would that the rest of me was functioning as well as my new hip!
Dr. Walthall was my surgeon throughout this injury. I broke my right Tibia and Fibula on December 28th and was brought into the hospital and had to have emergency surgery. Dr. Walthall was my surgeon on the case and met me in the emergency department to explain the procedure to me prior to going into surgery. I was scared and worried but felt taken care of and could not have asked for a better team of surgeons to help me. I have since followed up for the past couple weeks with Dr Walthall and had to have another surgery on January 12th. The surgery was unplanned but was for further irrigation and debridement. While I was nervous to go into another surgery, I was grateful that I was in Dr. Walthall's and Dr. Marvil. While I was discouraged about having to go back into surgery, I knew it was the best to prevent against infection which has been the main concern. I am so grateful for this team of doctors and am so grateful for the care that I have been provided.
Explained collar bone injury in a way that I understood.
The best!
I was sad when I had to get the scope, but it worked well and i'll be happy to be skiing and hiking again soon.
