I called three other oil companies, no one would come out to help...My friend recommended Ron's Oil Service, Soooo I gave hima call, he was eating, at the time, but came out immeadially after, with a smile, and fix'd my furnace, never have I ever had better heat...........Thank you Ron, O' yea he wasn't espensive either. didn't over charge me....O' by the way I'm a widow with a small child......Shirley, Spfld Ma.

Many times I read these reviews, and really unsure if they are correct... BUT IN THIS CASE, I did have an emergency, NO HEAT, with a small 3 yr old child... I called Ron and he was on another job BUT came to my home immeadially after he was thru.. 1/2 hour wait "only" ... he did explain to me what he was doing, and why...well it turned out to be little problem, (oil filter clogged) he replaced, it for me, fired up my burner for me, actually adjusted the burner the correct way and DIDN'T OVER CHARGE ME..."He claimed" , buy your child a little gift, "with a smile" Thank you Ronnie

Thank you Ron, OMG My next door neighbor recommended Ron's oil burner Service to me... I was w/o heat or hot water for three days, no company would come out to get me started...I called Ron, and explained my problem...within a half an hour, he was at my doorstep ready to help..Didn't over charge me either...I gave him a twenty dollar tip...and a coffee..........

OMG! I never knew how good a oil burner should run,,,, till Ron's oil burner service tune'd up my furnace, quiet, efficient, hot, nice! I called two other companies, cause no one could fix my furnace,,,So I called Ron's Oil Burner Repair...... He came over, and actually show'ed me what was wrong, (weak transformer) he was the only tech that knew how to test it.. my burner has been running perfect since....He did not over charge me either! I called Ron and out he came, as I had no heat, he explained to me what was wrong, replaced the part and even adjusted the burner the way it should.. Excellent service! Called and got same day service even without a heat emergency! Very thorough job and very professional. Explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. Serviced parts that other placed had not cleaned as it was too difficult for them to get to. Encouraged m to watch the whole time so I could see exactly what he was doing. Wow! thank you Ron, I had the feeling that I was using way too much oil after I had my oil company come and tune it up............Ron came over and started to tune it up the way it should have been done in the first place... He removed a cover that was covering the place were the heat goes ?? He called it a heat exchanger -wow he showed me how my oil company never never cleaned in there and of course it was causing me to use way too much oil {and he was right cause I like to watch the techs tune it up and after many years of watching} I never saw my OLD OIL COMPANY actually clean and tune my boiler the way Ronnie did! Ron thank you! Your my oil repair man for now on! and oh yea he didn't over charge me either! Ruth B.

Ron is very through, complete and professional. He shows and explains to you what he is doing, how it's being done, and most importantly WHY it's being done. He inspected, tested and cleaned all aspects of of the furnace and replaced only what parts needed to be replaced (3 filters and electrodes in my case, not bad for a unit that probably hadn't been serviced in at least 3 years). He also adjusted the air flow to get the most heat, therefore saving oil costs in the long run. I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a better furnace service than Ron's. 5 stars, Steve B. I was w/o heat for four days.. No service Co.would come to my home.. I called Ron's Oil Burner Service... He came w/in the hour, and started my burner....He was very honest, explained to me what was wrong and replaced the broken part...
