Overall the party was great. Hassle-free for the parents! The girls Gillian and Alyssa were so sweet and knowledgeable! Matty party.

Just had a Laser Tag party for my 10 year old son. It was terrific. All the kids had a great time....They were all exhausted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been bringing my kids to Grand Slam for 10 years. Batting cages are set up to work for all age groups. Love that place

Poor experience and it's no wonder why this place is almost always empty! Especially when the kids batting cages was not working as it should. My kids waited, waited, waited and waited for pitches to the point where they got tired holding the bat up. The pitches were supposed to come out consecutively one after the other. So when I complained about it they said they would take care of it, which they did. However, when I asked for a refund, I was told no. When I asked why I was told that it was working now and I had gotten the right number of pitches. So what?!!! Anybody that hits in cages knows that you don't sit there waiting and waiting for pitches. You cant get a rhythm that way. What's more my daughter, who is 8, clearly grew disinterested the longer she waited. I paid for my daughter twice and my son, who is 5, once so I was entitled to three tokens back which was what I requested. The manager initially refused to give me any tokens and when I made I stink about it he gave me one
