Great and quick diagnostic of a 'noise' that sounded awful.

Won't be going back. I bought a couple Jeeps from them prior to 2010. Generally, I felt good about the experience. Turning in my lease this year, not a good experience. Trying to sell me a model I wasn't interested in. WAY over pressuring. Discrepancy in credit report (I pulled it prior to going in). Badgering phone calls thereafter. Slimy feeling from the several sales guys and manager I interacted with. I ended up switching brands because of the experience.
