We just bought a new A4 from Alex at Audi of Monterey Peninsula last week and couldn't be happier! Alex has a great no-pressure sales approach and made the whole experience great. In fact, everyone we talked to at the dealership was great! I really don't understand why they have such bad reviews on Yelp. Oh and, Yamona, they don't even have anyone named Mike that works there, and after asking, we found out that they've never had a "Mike" that works there....so anyways, they have a great selection of cars to look at (does it get any better than an Audi?) and they are very knowledgeable about all of the different options and features that each car has available. We are thrilled with our new car and found out that since they are a member of the Cardinale family, you really can buy just about any make/model of car you want from them. I don't think we'll be going anywhere else for our car needs.

Alex and the rest of the staff are nice, friendly and well informed. They work together to make sure that we were very well taken care of. Alex has gone out of his way to help us find the test truck we needed.

The management and everyone else were truly exceptional. My child had removed something from my car without my knowledge, and while researching it's whereabouts, Jessie and Sherry were extremely helpful and professional. I was very appreciative... I brought them doughnuts! Pretty sure I will never buy anything but Audi again! I have had many other cars and never had the positive experience such as the one that I have had at Audi. I love my car and, finally, don't dread taking it in for service. Thanks for that.

I bought an Audi S5 Convertable from these guys and Love Love Love my car. The purchasing experience was very smooth and I was not pressured. Who needs to pressure you when you are about to buy the sexiest car on the road. My S5 purrs like a kitten!! Top is down today and the weather is great!
