Michele was very helpful with the selection of the night stands to compliment the bed we had already selected. The furniture was made and arrived earlier than estimated. Billy and his assistant were excellent with the delivery and set up.

This was my first purchase at Bassett and the sales lady, Mary, was very accommodating and helpful in selecting a new couch regarding size, style and fabric. Manny and Jose the delivery team were very professional and explained the follow-up maintenance for the new couch in the future. Plus my new couch was ready for delivery in only 3 1/2 weeks and also they referred Teri to donate my old couch and Teri did come and pick it up.

This is my second major purchase from this Bassett store. I have found that in both cases the quality of products offered were excellent. The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, I was very happy with Bassett. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star rating is because of our salesperson. My wife and I are in our 30s, don't look like we have much money, but we were prepared to spend some money the day we went in. We ended up buying a whole bedroom set. Not cheap. Our salesperson didn't really seem to take us seriously. She did give us space to chat as necessary, but she gave off the impression we were wasting her time. But....our delivery guys were outstanding. They took great care of everything, told me a lot about the furniture and how to take care of it. They also were willing to move a chest of drawers when I decided I wanted it somewhere else. They were great. Very friendly and helpful. A great experience I would say.

In store experience was fine. We didn't ask to many questions or need to much help because we knew what we were looking for but Andrea did a good job for us. Delivery guys came today and were great. Fast, efficient, friendly and arrived on schedule. Now I can't wait to purchase the matching chair!

Today I had my final delivery of the items I purchased from Bassett, San Marcos, Ca. The two delivery guys, Jimmy and Jesus, were wonderful. They had to move all my furniture to put down the new rug pad and rug and they also helped me re-situate my rug from my previous delivery in my dining room. I have OCD when it comes to everything being straight and symmetrical and they just went with it!! Thank you guys!!!
