I have been very pleased with the product and service provided by Trugreen. My yard has improved each year with the applications provided by Trugreen.

My grass never looked better! I started with the 9 application plan then went to the 4. My grass still looked better than everyone else's but I had more weeds and it just didn't look as good as it did in the 9 application. I just called andnI am back in the 9 application plan!

Tru Green always calls before they come to provide services. The technicians are polite and professional and check in before the service to see if we are experiencing any problems that they can address. The information that they leave after the service is very helpful.

The results are OK but not great. Appreciated the response to my concerns and a direction to help control some difficult weeds. Not sure it is much better than buying your own materials but having a regularly scheduled effort is a significant part of using the service versus doing it yourself and getting appreciable results. Seems to do a good job with well established bermuda but not so much in lesser established areas at least in my scenario

TruGreen saved our yard this year. Neglect from previous owners caused numerous dead patches, bare spots, and weak looking grass. With the combination of TruGreen our yard fully recovered and is weed free.

Tru Green graciously resolved my problem of not receiving notification prior to the technician’s arrival for service. This was handled with utmost professionalism.

I cancelled a lawn treatment service that I had used for years and changed to TruGreen, in 2017. The difference was remarkable. My grass looks MUCH better, the weeds died off quickly and the web site is easy to use.

Overall I enjoy the TruGreen service. I know the right product is being used and the right amount. If difficult weeds presents themselves they will send a special truck to handle the situation. The repersentatives of the company are knowledgable and polite.

I have had no complaints. They are efficient, come back if you see any weeds (or mosquitos if you have the mosquito defense) The TruGreen app is great. They have a short term reschedule, but if you want to postpone it longer, you have to call.

Trugreen has aggressively worked on my lawn problems since I called them for information. I had some serious lawn problems that I didn't know how to treat, and they sent their expert to inspect the problem areas and tell what was needed. We signed on with Trugreen and they have certainly kept their word and came every time on schedule to do treatments and discuss their treatment procedures with us. I recommend Trugreen to other potential customers.
