Back in 2011 I went all around looking for a car that I needed to get around back and forth to work, new or used it didnt matter. No dealer would work with me as my credit wasn't srong enough. I finally recieved a letter in the mail from Bertera stating that they were willing to work with m and get me a car. So I went to check it out and sure enough I was able to get a goof reliable car within a month. It was a great experience from beginging to end they worked round the clock and kept in touch with me through evey step of the process. The overall experience that I have had with this dealer weither it was sales or auto service dept eveyone was friendly and very informative. I will continue to work with them as a loyal customer.

I saw a car That Bertera Chevy had advertised on Ebay. It was the exact model & color that I was looking for. I called he number in the ad & got a salesman who connected me with Dominick the Sales Manager. I feel that I had a fairly difficult deal for them to work with. I was trading a 2007 Civic EX for a 2008 Civic SI. I wanted to negotiate the asking price on the car that Bertera had while still getting a fair trade in value on my 07 Civic. After a short while, Dominick & I came to a very fair agreement. I was treated like a valued customer. I rarely see that anymore. Dominick & his team went above & beyond what I feel would be the norm. The car was even delivered to me in NY (2 hours away) at no additional charge. I am giving Bertera Chevrolet & Dominick the highest possible rating because they treated me as if I had been dealing with them for years. I will buy from them again & I will recommend them highly to my friends & family.

When I went to Bertera Chevy in palmer I got the car I've wanted for years at a good price with low monthly payments. All the employees were friendly and answered all my questions. I will go back to this dealership in the future when I'm in the market for a new car.

He is a very personable, very professional and knowledgeable sales rep. I felt very comfortable dealing with Nick right away. After looking at several cars and weighing my options, they worked very diligently to make it work the best possible way. friendliness of people who we worked with and being able to take the car over night hoping future transactions will be as nice. waiting to receive touch up paint that we requested from them , matt has been working on this. over all a great experience.

I think everybody did a great job! Brian was a great salesman, not pushy at all. Got a good deal on a really nice car! Very satisfied! All the employees working were all very nice, directing you to the right spot. Everyone had a great sense of humor. You can tell the dealership has a good system in place. Everyone really works together.

I really liked the sales service, Eric my salesman really took alot of time explaining the features of the diffrent cars I test drove and did not feel bothered by any questions I asked or the lengh of time it took. Finance also was extreamly easy to do business with, I hate filling out paperwork and answering questions and they made it easy with very little that I had to do. I also liked the website and the prices got me in.

I was given above and beyond quality assistance in choosing the vehicle that best fit my needs and criteria without being hassled and pressured into making a decision. My vehicle was also ready for pick up in exceptional time as not to hinder my daily routines. The sales person Larry Flakes was accessible whenever any questions arouse and answered such with precision to the best of his knowledge. My experience was definitely one to remember and the kindness and promptness of this staff brought it above and beyond!!! I hope to experience further positive encounters if need be.
