This was the first place I stopped to try on wedding dresses and had the best experience! I came prepared with a small entourage of ladies and pictures of what I had in mind. Several dresses were pulled for me and we were allowed to pull ones we looked through as well. Maryanne was the best! She helped me in and out of dresses and kept things simple by helping me narrow them down one after another. She was encouraging and accommodating. We were all treated so well by all the employees and I was so happy with the selection of dresses I had to choose from. The problem wasn't finding one I liked, it was finding the one I liked the most since they were all so beautiful. I recommend this store to any bride to be or anyone looking for other beautiful dresses.

I just bought my bridal gown at Minerva's and had a wonderful experience. Christine, the staff member assisting me there, remembered that I liked a particular dress the first time I came to the store and I never would have remembered it if it wasn't for her and it ended up being the gown I bought! The whole staff is extremely attentive and warm and it's a very well-organized business that I would whole-heartedly recommend to any of my friends and family.

I made an appointment at Minerva's Bridal while on vacation. This was the first time I tried on dresses and my experience and the staff was wonderful. I worked with Camille and she pulled a ton of dresses for me to try on. I showed her a lot of pictures and she pulled from those but i ended up falling for one of her selections. She added accessories to every dress and really gave me the royal treatment. I left the store and visited the outlet where I tried on another 5 dresses but there was one at the main store I just couldn't let go of. We returned to the main store the same day and purchased my dress, a belt, and the veil that I originally fell in love with. Now I'm just patiently waiting to receive it in the mail!

I really loved the variety of styles there when I went shopping for my wedding dress. I instantly fell in love with my dress and knew it was the one for my husband. When we got married I saw many wet faces and surprise at the beautiful bride in the beautiful dress.

I went to Minerva's on my first day of wedding dress shopping. With my consultant, MarryAnne's, help, my first day of shopping was also my last! I was shopping on a whim and Minerva's was very accommodating with booking me an appointment on such short notice. I explained to MaryAnne some of the elements I wanted in my dress and my price range and she picked out a number of wonderful dresses. She was pleasant, attentive, and sensitive to my needs and time frame. When I was having a hard time choosing between my final two dresses, she brought forth wonderful accessories to complete my look and help me finalize my decision. I never felt pressured and I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience. It was like one of the dress shopping trips you see on TLC, without all of the drama and high dollar price tags! My sister found her wedding dress here. I wasn't able to go the first time but it was time for the fitting and I was able to make it. The staff was very nice and helpful. My sister left really happy and I even bought a beautiful hairpiece for one of my friends. I definitely recommend checking it out

Anywho, I had been recommended this shop by my lovely coordinator (Kyle from Blush) but had also read some bad reviews on this page that had freaked me out about my upcoming appointment. I almost settled on a dress at David's Bridal that I really did not love or get the warm fuzzies about because I was sure in my mind Minerva's was a bust. I tell you all this because I want you to know I was SO GLAD I decided to come to Minerva's once I was there.

Jim the owner is friendly and it was great meeting with the staff. Dresses are nicely organized and categorized for different needs! Jewelry is also conveniently sold at the store to compliment your dress! Get all you need here. No photography is allowed in the store... So I can't share any dress images.

Ladies, make an appointment! Make an appointment if you want good customer service at any and all bridal shops. This is big business and The Knot is not kidding when they suggest it. Just "stopping by" is a bad call because they will be busy with clients who have appointments. Even during the week. I worked with Camille and love her. Great lady who really makes you feel like family.

I had a wonderful experience at Minerva's. I was there with 2 of my best girl friend's and this was our first stop of the day. Camille was my consultant and she was fabulous. The store was laid out in a way that made it very easy to find the style of dress I liked and pick from that area, instead of having to sort through every rack to find my dress. Camille was also watching what we picked out and had a great sense of what I liked and made great selections as well. She made the process very relaxed, fun, and very professional as well. The first dress I tried on ended up being MY DRESS!!! We had other great options, and the quality of dresses was exquisite, but nothing could compete with that one. I did go over my budget a little which I had set at $1000, but it was worth it. Camille also gave me time to discuss the dresses and prices with my friends without feeling pressured. Minerva's was wonderfully professional. I felt just like I was at one of the stores they show on TV. Marianne was very helpful--she had me try on dresses of very different styles just to make sure I got the most flattering style. She really listened to what I was telling her about what I liked and what I didn't. The salon was a bit pricey, but it's because they offer such wonderful service!
