Dr. Sheman really took the time to listen to my concerns, and he provided options that are easily accessible to all! I am VERY impressed with him and his staff!

I worked with Dr. Hoyer and the staff at Northshore to get my dermatitis under control. They got up to speed on my history and current condition quickly and were able to provide both an immediate and longer term plan for managing my skin. Dr. Hoyer is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. The PA and Nurse staff are critically integrated in improving outcomes and worked diligently with my insurance to get me the medication I need to manage my condition. This was my first time seeking Dr. Scheman's care and from the moment I first reached out, I knew that the office would take good care of me. Amy and the front desk staff were extremely thorough and helpful with pre-appointment planning and Lily and the rest of the staff were very sweet and accomodating. I've been having a pretty severe, horrible looking rash/ reaction on my face on and off for 8 months. I've seen several doctors and specialists with no answers. I was referred to Dr. Scheman after multiple visits to prompt care, my regular doctor and a dermatologists. My hives would not stop and I fought this for 4 months.
