This is the first time I've had a Botox Filler today. I was a bit nervous about it but he kind of talked me through it to understand what the impact would be and he did a really good job of it. He was recommended to me, a referral service from a doctor in California a number of years ago. He's very thorough in his explanation and I like that he is conservative in his use of the products. He takes the time to kind of listen to what you're looking for, make suggestions, and again, he kind of understands that you're not trying to do too much. He doesn't rush you and because, like I said, he listens to kind of what you're looking for. The results are good and I like the best the fact that they're consistent and they look natural.

I explained the areas to Dr. Pearlman that needed help with the Botox and fillers, and its amazing the difference it has made! Im 62 and nobody believes it. I highly recommend him; its wonderful!

I do fillers with Dr. Pearlman and sometimes Botox for the last 12, 13 years. I think that everybody is very professional here, the staff, and Dr. Pearlman is very nice, and he knows what he is doing. After the procedure I am able to see the results right away. It isnt painful and for me and it shouldn't be painful for anybody. I don't think. I think he is the best, definitely, very good.

I had a Rhinoplasty in August of last year, so like 15 months ago. I had a Septoplasty and a Rhinoplasty. My nose was broken in an athletic injury and he was recommended to me by another surgeon. The procedure is uncomfortable because you have things up your nose and you can't breathe through your nose for several days but the pain was never unbearable. I've also had ACL surgery and it wasnt anything like that. It was just uncomfortable for three days and after three days, I was fine. I didn't want to leave my apartment because I was black and blue but I was totally fine after three days. I just had Botox and Fillers this morning with Dr. Pearlman. I've been seeing him for about 10-12 years. He is extremely good at what he does. I have never had a situation where anything unexpected has happened. He is very open and honest. He enhances you without making you look like a freak. He used a new technique to administer the Fillers. It was a lot less uncomfortable. I am sure the results are going to be fine.

I like the fact that everything still looks like my natural nose from the rhinoplasty. It doesnt look like I went through surgery. Dr. Pearlman and his staff are really very nice and professional. They helped me out and called me a cab after the surgery. It was a very easy process throughout the whole ordeal.

I've had some filler in my cheeks as well as lip injection in my lips with Dr. Pearlman over the past year. First of all, his staff is phenomenal. The things that I really like about Dr. Pearlman are that he is conservative in his methodology, and he has great communication style and bedside manner. He is an artist and a master at what he does. He has the ability to understand the lip shape and give me the natural enhancement, not something that looks overdone or ridiculous. It's really something that keeps me coming back to a physician; he's honest. Other plastic surgeons I've seen in the past don't care, but Dr. Pearlman is incredibly personal, which I love.

I had used Dr. Steven Pearlman before in the past for other procedures and in my book, theres nobody better. I was able to see the results of the fillers he put under my eyes instantly. The results were better than expected and my experience was excellent. I would recommend Dr. Pearlman 100%.

I like that you cannot really tell that I had rhinoplasty and septoplasty done. After a week I felt completely better. I look exactly the same but without the bump on my nose. Some people dont even notice that I had something done. Dr. Pearlman did exactly what I wanted him to do and everything turned out perfect.

I'm in my 50's and I'm small and thin, and my face is very drawn because I am only 108 pounds. So I do a little bit of filler with Dr. Pearlman. It fills you up just enough. It definitely makes you feel better when you look in the mirror. You are not wrinkled or plastic, and overall you look and feel better.
