Dr. Natasha Keenan graduated Cornell University in 1993 and received her medical degree magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She then went on to complete a General Surgery internship and an Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. While at Mount Sinai, Dr. Keenan was the chief resident in the department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.Dr. Keenan has been awarded numerous honors and distinctions including Resident Award in 2003 for scoring in the top 10% across the nation on the Otolaryngology In-service examination. She is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical society, James Gibson Anatomical Society and the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery.Dr. Keenan's interests include endoscopic sinus surgery, otology, pediatric otolaryngology, snoring, and obstructive sleep apnea.

Dr. Keenan, and Erin and the rest of the staff, were excellent. It was a great experience as a new patient, and I will refer friends and family.
Dr Keenan is just great.
I am legally blind. When I asked for assistance signing in I was told that I could not receive any assistance. i asked if the ipad program could be inverted so I could see it better, the answer was no. If it weren't for the help of another patient I would not have been allowed to see my doctor. I left this office ashamed and embarrassed for being a person with a disability. However, I was very happy with my visit with Dr. Keenan, I am not sure the embarrassment is worth it
The provider was also very nice and explained things to my understanding
I am very pleased with ENT Allergy Associates and trust in their good judgment concerning how best to treat my physical issues.

It was very professional
There is one negative. I create, test, analyze ergonomics, Ease of Use and Usability for consumer products, am an Electronics Engineer, and I work for the #1 company in the world in this specialized field - The point is that I know what I'm talking about. The touchscreen tablet I used to check in was great. The only problem with it is there should be more user friendly instructions at the end of the questionnaire that tell you what to do next. There were 6 different pages that all look exactly alike that you have to go through. So, the message should say how many identical pages you have to respond to. I did 3 pages, clicked "Continue" and was back at the identical looking page. I got help from the administrator who told me I had to do it 6 times. She was very helpful. Perhaps make each page a different color or looks different - - I admit I didn't read them so if there was anything in the text that made them different, I didn't see it. Dr. Keenan is a great listener and nice person.

Dr. Keenan spent a lot of time with me. I hardly waited at all for my appt and once I got in, wasn't rushed in the least. She took a lot of time to explain everything, Just great all around.
Dr. Keenan answered all of my questions and gave me a detailed explanation on my condition.
I always find going to the doctor scary, but Dr. Keenan was very friendly and had great energy. She was non-judgemental and listened attentively to my issues.
