Eric F. did a wonderful job installing a hot water heater today. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. The job site is neat and clean. I highly recommend him and will request him for future work.

Tech Eric F. was able to arrive early for our appointment.Eric located the issue and it was quickly and efficiently repaired with no need of owner cleanup.Eric was friendly, courteous and professional the entire visit. We had frozen pipes that burst while we were on vacation, which caused major damage. We called them the next morning and they were her by 10am to fix the pipes. Quick response and excellent service. I will use them again for my routine plumbing/heating/ac needs.

Our grinder pump alarm was going off at odd times but not staying on for long. Eric of David Leroy Plumbing arrived ahead of schedule and had the float and electrical connections repaired within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable and worked efficiently to correct the problem. It has been 2 weeks since the repair was made and there have been no issues with the grinder pump.

The technician that replaced our sewage pipe in our 90 year old house was courteous and professional. I especially appreciate that he was staight-forward and communicated all the information regarding our particular situation. He explained everything that would be necessary and even set appropriate expectations for what might happen (or go wrong), which thankfully things went generally smooth. We had a great experience. Eric did necessary troubleshooting and worked with us when we had to purchase another toilet because the one we brought home was defective. We plan to use them again for our plumbing needs as needed and will recommend them to others.
