Longbeards is an All American, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Gem. The Shrimp and Grits is the best I ever had. You can get Elk, Bison, Alligator Bits, and many more unusual items as well. The atmosphere shows of local Taxidermy of Turkeys, Bear, Dear and more. The Owner greets his customers in a friendly open manner, it is all about the customer at Longbeards. You could eat at Longbeards for just a little more than any fast food restaurant, prices are not high. I have eaten at Longbeard's many times and never been disappointed. Ask to meet the new Chef, Roxanne Mills, and talk to the owner. Locals love this place, Tourists shod visit this to get the flavor of Myrtle Beach.

I have been twice. The food is good nothing spectacular but for price and portion it is worth it although my husband didnt care much for the Big Montana. The atmosphere is nice, the owner goes around greeting tables, service was ok the first time but we had a wonderful waiter the second time, he was a very charming cutie with great dimples that lit up this old gals day even though food took a lil long to come out.
