This place is pricy but you get great proportions and great service. Food is AMAZING!

My fiance and I went there on a Sunday evening. The wait was approx. 30 minutes - which we didn't mind. The outside waiting area was nice. We were seated and that's when it all began. The waiter was more focused on the party of 8 beside that he almost didn't even know we were there. The staff was incredibily unfriendly and didn't respond as they wisked by our table and picked up the empty dishes. One of the salads came with the incorrect dressing and the waiter tried to make up excuses. The steak was bland and overcooked. At the end of the meal we requested boxes to take the remaining home to our dog; the waiter brought the boxes and new table of 8 was sitting in his area; they requested a move and the waiter became obessed with keeping them in his area - he was so distracted he hit my fiance in the face with one of the boxes; he then tossed the box on the table and walked away without apologizing. He came back about 5 minutes later and threw the check on the table and walked away.



Never have I had just an infuriating experience. Perhaps if we would have had another 6 people with us we would have been treated as people.

We visit Myrtle Beach for a month in November and several other times during the year. We make Carolina Roadhouse our first stop every time. The food is the best and their employees are extra special. Always ready to help and your glass never goes empty. All the above speaks volumes for the company.
