Dixie Electric does an exceptional job in scheduling and completing needed work. Their on-site inspection helps one plan for any future needed work without the pressure that an electrical emergency creates. Lance provided high quality service and welcomed al my questions. I will call Dixie again when I need any electrical work done.

Sunday, 12/23/12 - Dixie Electric Company and Mr. Brooks made my problem a priority (Hot electrical outlet w/burning smell). Mr. Brooks was very professional and personable. He explained the problem, fixed the problem. I will definitely use this company again and I will request Mr. Brooks again. He comes with many years of experience. Great job!

Today I had a Dixie Electric service technician, Terry Anthony, come to my house at 3263 Gatsby lane to do some repair work. Terry was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Tony was very professional,friendly and did a great job. He also did a thorough job of checking for other problems and found quite a few which I will address after the first of the year. I would like him to be the one to come back to take care of these problems. He said he loved what he was doing and I could tell he did..I would definitely recommend Dixie Electric and Tony to my friends.

We called Dixie Electric and even though they said that their schedule was full, they made time to come and fix our problem. Gary Wright was extremely professional and had our power back on in what seemed like no time. I am impressed with Dixie Electric's promptness and reliability - they are the only company that I have used in the past and I intend to use only them in the future and hopefully, I'll be lucky enough to get Gary again. All of the technicians are professional and respectful. They always provide an estimate before beginning the job and are concerned about saving me money. They are careful around my property and always clean up behind themselves. They are concerned about providing quality work and don't leave the job until it's completed.
