      I've had several multi-day outages during winter weather. Dunn Energy's customer service is dismissive and slow moving.

      I don't know how the people who work here sleep at night. it is the heart of winter and they interupted power to my home with out a written warning or phone call. They come by when you are away at work and just shut it off and it has been less than one month since I last sent in a payment.

      For over 70 years, Dunn Energy Cooperative, a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, has been an electric and energy service provider. The firm offers various services, such as stray voltage investigation, dusk to dawn lights and tree/brush clearing. Some of the products offered include water/cove heaters, electric boilers, skeeter vac, scaltrols, steffes, dual energy furnace, meter pedestals and surge protection. It purchases its power from Dairyland Power Cooperative and serves to the rural residents of Dunn County and parts of several other surrounding counties. In 2001, Dunn Energy Cooperative purchased Rusk Gas LP through, which it provides its rural members, more energy options. The company is a member of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
