JW was very attentive to what my needs for a new vehicle was. He worked hard along with other people to get me into this Ford Ranger & out of my two vehicles traded. I really appreciated all who had a part in my deal & hoped they liked the home made choc chip cookies I bought them.

David said the quality of handling the procedures for him was excellent. He lives in Alaska. He had to have his vehicle shipped up there. There is only 1 ferry a week. They did everything in a timely manner. He was able to get his vehicle on the next ferry. He had the financing done in Alaska. They weren't able to touch the interest rate he could receive in Alaska. He purchased his vehicle over the internet. Also the phone and faxing. He wasn't there to be introduced to the service department. He's in Alaska. He hasn't seen his vehicle yet. He will see his vehicle tonight. His son drove the vehicle up to Alaska from Lynnwood. David told the business his son would be driving the vehicle about 70 miles to bring it to him. They filled his gas tank. David said that was awesome. They went above and beyond what he expected. His son didn't have to stop and get gas. His son said the vehicle was in immaculate condition. Everyone likes it.

This company is ****. I came it to buy a vehicle. I filled out my credit application told me I was approved for the vehicle I wanted. They just got it in so had to go through there check. I said ok. I was approved for it and would come back later to fill out paperwork. Called nest day was told I was not approved but could get into this other vehicle. We came in to drive the other vehicle. Took that one for a drive and liked it. went to fill out paperwork and then found out was not approved. They took the vehicle off the lot. Well then the manager called the next day and said we were approved for another vehicle and it will be waiting at the front door for us. We went there an hour and half later and it was sold. That makes a total of three vehicles that we agreed to purchase that was yanked out from under us. I would not buy a vehicle from this company. They even called us again after this and said we had another vehicle we could sell you. WOW. Really.

I purchased a used 2004 F-150 from their used car lot Showcase Motors. Dominick the GM was more than helpful getting me financing and seeing the deal though. Service after the sale is tremendous. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from this dealership. Thanks again Dominick. You were fantastic!
