At first thought this was a nice place to stay, however, a maid claimed she smelled cig smoke in our room and we were charged $275 without ever saying anything to us or asking us about this and would not believe us when we stated we never smoked in the room. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS !!

The main manager (an Indian man) was extremely friendly and helpful. A staff member (assistant manager, maybe? White female) was also helpful and friendly. The other staff members were not so helpful and definitely not friendly.We were grateful to have a room paid for by a foundation, for several nights. On the first night, there were globs of chocolate on the bedspread, which was wadded up on the bed, as soon as we got the key and walked in. We told the lady at the desk (black lady with short hair and side swept bangs). She basically said there was nothing she could do, til morning, since that was a special room and the blanket belonged to the foundation. She didn't even offer a regular hotel blanket in its place.But other than that instance, and that particular lady, everything has been nice. The breakfast is good, the rooms are nice. I haven't seen any bugs or signs of pests.Regardless of the rude lady, I'd stay here again.

Baptist Plaza Hotel is a very nice, clean, and quite hotel. They have a very nice breakfast every moring. They also offer a shuttle service 24 hours. The staff at the Baptist hotel is very nice, honest, and caring to their guest. I woul d stay at the Baptist hotel everytime i am in Little Rock.

The only perk about this hotel is that it is on the Baptist Health campus in LR. They had a rodent infestation and the room was over $80 plus you have to put up a $275 deposit! Did I also mention they served us spoiled milk for breakfast? Although the staff was friendly, management did not seem to be as helpful. I would never stay here again!
