      Dr. Vaughn is a fabulous doctor, and he has a 5 star rating in my book! But, some of the staff is dreadfully rude. It's like pulling teeth to get anything done there. If they would rehire a couple of their staff members I would give the whole place a 5, but I guess "Good help is hard to find".
