Don't use this company if you are a property owner! He is a thief and take your money and not provide the services.He never returns phone calls or emails! No one in the office can help you when they do answer the phone. He forgot to terminate the tenant's lease and she remained another month in my unit. Now he doesn't know if she still lives there,doesn't know where the keys are, and hasn't collected rent nor given back the deposit to me. He had the nerve to be offended with my frustration and said he had many properties to manange and I was blowing it out of proportion! I am losing money..it is a big deal! He is a liar and very rude! He will take advantage of you as an out of state owner..DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will be sorry!

There are better management companies out there. Rented from them for two years. They hardly ever fixed maintenance requests, and when they did the workers were incompetent. Impossible to get in touch with...on average i would call 5 times during business hours before someone picked up. On my move-in date the house was in horrible shape, and when I left I didn't get my security deposit back, even though the person that did the walk through said we left it in great shape. AVOID.

They were able to find a tenant for my vacant property in 2 weeks. They now manage all my properties.
