I needed to look up this number as I was out of my home however was surprised when I read the comment written. I have had just the opposite experience. I am a tenant who has always gotten prompt service with my needs and have lived in two homes managed by RMC. ~ Marysville, WA

We rented a house through Rental Management Company and had really poor (if any) service. They seem very unorganized and do NOT care. It was really frustrating dealing with them. The house we rented (which RMC said was "immaculate") was dirty when we moved in, mice poop in eating area and in bedrooms...Cobwebs everywhere...We rented a rug doctor right away and got sooo much dirt out of the carpets (We should NOT have to do that when we get charged for that). Things in the house did not work that we were told did work. No communication!!! If you rent through them, good luck on figuring out who really will answer your questions and be your landlord!!! I have rented through 3 other landlords/companies, and NEVER had problems with them. Just this company! P.S. -- The owners of the house who used RMC were frustrated with them as well!!! Since we got fed up with no responses from RMC, we were able to get a hold of the actual owners and communicate with them. What a joke RMC is!
