Overall satisfied with the dealership but did experience a couple of hiccups during the recent purchase of a used vehicle. Upon purchasing the vehicle, there was only one key fob available. We were assured the second fob would be mailed to us. We had to follow up with the salesperson, Donna Leonard, on several occasions who told us the key fob was in the mail. Four days later, we called back but did not receive a return call so we called and asked to speak to a manager. Rick Lewis did an exceptional job in addressing our concern, and the key fob was available to us the next day. We were disappointed that the initial salesperson lied to us by failing to follow through. Although we would recommend this dealership, we cannot recommend this salesperson. One recommendation for this dealership would be to advise customers of the expected wait time for completing the paperwork. We had to wait for 3 hours and if we had been told of the wait time, we could have better planned our day.

Robbie Dilmore was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. His approach to a non high pressure sales environment makes me want to never shop anywhere else for a car. I will always compare my experience with Parks Chevrolet and Robbie to anywhere else I may go in the future. Thank you Parks Chevrolet for hiring such wonderful people. I'm 58 years old and I have NEVER purchased an automobile wherein I didn't "haggle" with the salesman over price; however, Harris Dixon laid an offer on the table the first time. I could not refuse; he had gone to bat for me and the entire staff was so curtious and helpful. I recommend Parks Chevrolet to anyone.

We just purchases a 2014 Chevy Tahoe and had a great car buying experience. From our salesman, Gregory Smith (who was phenomenal) to General Sales Manager Russ Cox and last but not least business manager Leon Prince. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism, friendliness and knowledge shown at this dealership. We felt completely comfortable with the experience from the time we walked in until we drove out in our brand new car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze-LTZ RS, I had a great salesman Josh Cox. They did not have this car on the lot but within 20 minutes they found what I was looking for and had it brought in the next day. I am very happy with my new Cruze and would recommend Parks to everyone. I had purchased my first car at Parks 27 years ago and still have it and it runs good, I hope that my Cruze last as long as my Z-24.

He took the time to find out my needs and wants and really tried to match me with the best vehicle possible. I am very satisfied with the service I received a Park's Chevrolet and would definitely recommend this dealer even though there are other Chevy dealers closer to my home.

Ralph "Gator" Lusk at Parks Chevrolet Kernersville did a excellent job in working with me and my wife, to put us in a GREAT Pre-owned truck. No hassell and no pressure. I had a very positive experience purchasing my new Chevrolet Malibu at Parks Chevrolet. This is the second vehicle I have purchased and I am very pleased. My salesman, Michael was very patient and answered the many questions that I had about my purchase. He also went over all of the characteristics of my vehicle and made sure that I was comfortable with all aspects of my car before I pulled off. I would recommend my friends come to Park Chevrolet and ask for Michael because of my positive experience. He is truly professional and very knowledgeable.
